OEM releases

Several hardware manufacturers bundled Windows 1.0 with their products. These releases were often customized to support additional hardware not supported by the retail release. Several machines which were not IBM PC-compatible also ran Windows 1.0. Some peripheral manufacturers also seemed to bundle retail copies or discount coupons as a special offer.
