Games for Windows 1.0

Few games were made for Windows 1.0. A notable exception when it comes to commercial titles is Balance of Power, developed by Chris Crawford and published by Mindscape. It was released for Windows 1.0 in 1986. It included a runtime version of Windows 1.0.

There were also several freeware and shareware games developed by hobbyists and enthusiasts.
